The apartment was in a great location. Everything worked in the apartment. The only negative is that the apartment has a very musty smell.We stayed in the apartment for 6-nights in February to celebrate my birthday. Prior to our visit Silvio answered all our emails promptly and provided a great fact sheet with a map along with advice on restaurants and locations of shops and supermarkets etc. He arranged for a transfer from the airport which saved time catching trains and finding taxis at the Terminus station.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. In addition it is very well equipped with lots of towels, plenty of hot water and a great kitchen where we ate in on a few nights. There is also WiFi and cable internet which was great as I always carry my laptop to keep in touch. The main plus is the location as nearly all sites are within walking distance. The Metro is only 12 minutes away, yet because the apartment faces onto a courtyard, it is so quiet at night.

On our arrival we were met by Giorgio who showed us around. Silvio also gave us his mobile number to keep in touch should we have any queries during our stay. We have traveled a lot and stayed in many apartments but there are not many that we find where we really felt as if it weres home There was even a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine to help us settle in.

Despite this being our 4rth visit to Rome, we still have many places left to see so we will definitely be back and hopefully will get to stay at Via Crezcenzio 19 again. A couple of restaurants to recommend - 'Maccheroni' near Piazza Navona and our favourite - Ragno d'Oro in Via Silla (off of Via Cola di Renzo), a family run place with no menu, an owner who speaks English and exceptional food at very good prices (we were the only non-Italians amongst many local customers)the apartment was incredibly nice ahd we shoudl really use it again no problem y use your service in the future I would hesitate to use this apartment.

Two other friends and myself stayed at this hotel for four nights in late May. This hotel is so centrally located, it's unbelievable. To the left of the hotel lies the Roman Forum, or ancient ruins, as well as the Colosseum. To the right is lively Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Vatican. Directly behind the hotel you will find the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Awesome! Right next door to the hotel is an amazing gelateria where I ate gelato every single day. For 2,50 euro you get two different gelato flavors and they decorate your cone with cute waffle pieces and candy. Yum! Definitely try it.

As for the hotel itself, we really enjoyed it. Our room was on the top level and was surrounded by cute breakfast tables where guests would eat in the morning. The room was more modern and the beds were VERY comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice, however no shower curtains (as was the case throughout all of Europe). With regard to cleanliness, the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One thing I did not like was that air conditioning was controlled by the receptionist. When turned on, our room would be freezing. When off, we would sweat as Rome is very hot in the summer.

The hotel staff, however, were sketch. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a kind young woman who was very helpful and pointed out several locations on a map for us to visit. Throughout the remainder of our stay, the staff seemed to get annoyed with our questions. When we requested a cab back to the airport in advance, we were told no cabs would be available at that time (5pm) and we had to pay extra for a private driver. Our next destination was to the Greek Islands and we had asked the receptionist to call our hotel for us in Greece as our room phone was broken. She refused and quickly became very annoyed with us. Other than her attitude, our experience at this hotel was phenomenal

when you book a holiday rental, especially in Barcelona, you have to be very careful and be able to go though the whole booking process wihout any mistake. it is sometimes hard to decide whether you need to talk to an agent or simply need to be cautious about where you are booking. the best way to know is to write and read reviews.
